Take my word for "Takers".

To say "Takers" is a clever heist movie is like saying "The Dark Knight" was a crappy superhero movie.This poorly acted schlock features good rappers and an interesting story that doesn't deliver.It's not just the story that fails, it's mostly the rappers that suck at acting.If T.I. thought this movie was going to be good, he must've smoked some serious dope.Chris Brown isn't bad here, but action movies should really stop featuring rap stars because the only thing they're good at is entertaining their pansy fans who find their performances in movies like these interesting.It's just like "Gamer".Ludacris is a talented rapper yet he had nothing to show in the movie.That pretty much sums up T.I.'s performance.He's so bland here that it's almost impossible to care for him.What's even worse is that he talks with the same crappy acent like he's the coolest character in the history of heist movies.That credit goes to Heath Ledger for the first 5 minutes of "The Dark Knight".If T.I. stars in another movie, I'm going to lose my mind, because rappers simply can't act straight.I said Chris Brown wasn't bad.That doesn't mean I cared for his character.Even Paul Walker isn't interesting here.Someone must stop BET from letting their puppy dogs off of their leashes and just chain them to a pipe where they can cause no harm.That's pretty much what I have to say about rappers being in action movies.The movie is chock full of bland dialogue and poor acting, and that's a shame to say given the fact Paul Walker is in this mess.He was great in "Running Scared" but this simply isn't that great of a performance.Go see the first 5 minutes of "The Dark Knight" if you want a great heist movie.This is just mediocre crap.
